Director of Sales and Lead Generation, MG Residential

Brandon Long is the Director of Sales and Lead Generation for MG Residential. Brandon was born and raised in Miami, Florida and his community ties with the District of Columbia are strong with many generations in his family connected to DC. His grandfather was the owner of a restaurant that served many employees at the Navy Yard, his uncle helped to build many DMV roads, bridges and structures as a crane operator, and his grandmother, who was the inspiration to Brandon to pursue a career in real estate, was a luxury agent in the greater Washington area. At a time when the industry was predominately male, she sold millions of dollars of luxury homes and commercial properties.

With a mother that is a lawyer and father that is a retired Florida Highway Patrol Officer, Brandon has continued his family tradition of civic engagement. As a member of the “Real Men Read” group, he helps to promote literacy in the public schools by visiting public schools to read books to children in the elementary schools. Brandon has also participated in a number of walks with the Susan G. Komen for the Cure to help raise awareness of the fight to save lives of women. His volunteer efforts have also included career mentoring and food drives for the homeless. Brandon is an avid runner who has participated in Half marathon runs in Florida and the District.

Brandon Long received his Associates of Art degree in Business from Daytona State College. After graduation, he knew that he wanted to make an impact on the world, but he was not sure how to achieve this lifelong goal. He then took a leap of faith and obtained his real estate license, joining a Keller Williams team in 2016. Throughout his journey with KW, he has worn many hats such as agent, coach, team leader and market center tech trainer.
